Well Child

We perform the most up-to-date preventative services available, in the way of regularly scheduled physical exams, or well-child visits. At each visit we address family concerns, assess development, medical and dental well-being. We monitor your child’s growth and administer the appropriate vaccines according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Immunization Schedules. By having regular well-child exams done by your primary pediatrician and sharing questions or concerns about your child, we are better able to maintain a partnership with you, ensuring optimum health and well-being.

Each well-child preventative care visit with your pediatrician will include observation and assessment of age appropriate developmental milestones. This includes screening tests at age 9, 18 and 24 months. Early identification of developmental concerns is crucial and will be addressed by subspecialty and/or early intervention referrals and subsequent care coordination by our clinic as needed. As a designated Oregon Patient-Centered Primary Care Medical Home we are committed to the high standards set by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
